We work with a team of reliable hosts, cleaners and laundries to maximize the longevity of your Property, ensuring that the owner has complete peace of mind and security that their rental property is in good hands.
We will be there to meet, greet and settle in the clients with the particulars of the property and to answer all questions. We also provide assistance throughout the clients stay by being contactable by mobile phone as we aim to promptly resolve any issues.

MARKETING
An ad of your home with a personalized description of the property and professional Photographs which will be listed in several Holiday Rental websites like for example Airbnb.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
We are responsible for bookings and Payments. Guests pay 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation and the remaining payment can be made on the day of arrival.
CHECK-IN
Receiving your family, friends or customers, we will be there to give them the key and show them how everything works. We guarantee to assist them during the entire stay.
CLEANING & LAUNDRY
A cleaning team use suitable products to maximize the longevity of equipment, floors and furniture. Our laundry service will ensure linen and towels are washed perfectly.
MONTHLY REPORT
A monthly report / calendar about future and past bookings and payments will be sent to you to get a better view on the occupation of your property.
MAINTENANCE REPORT
We will report any mal function or issues to you. If a client broke something that is of high value we make sure you get your money!
